This wildlife park was the brainchild of His Highness Shaikh Hamad bin Isa Bin Salman Al-Khalifa, The Crown Prince of Bahrain. It is divided into two parts, one of which is open to the public. The reserve area is off-limits without special permission. Access to the park is by bus from the main entrance.
